A man has been arrested for sexually assaulting his girlfriend's sister in South Africa.
According to the woman, she entered the house and found her sister unconscious, naked, and being sexually assaulted by the suspect.
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) responded to the residence in Amouti, KZN, and was shown phone images of a semi-naked woman on a bed.
The victim's sister took the pictures and explained that she discovered her sister incapacitated, with the suspect forcing himself on her.
The victim was intoxicated and did not realize she was being abused.
When Reaction Officers arrested the man, he stated that the woman's underwear was hidden under the bed.
The suspect, a South African national, did not deny the sexual assault.
