A middle academy schoolteacher is indicted of dating the mama of one of his scholars just so he could “ get near ” to her 13- time-old son and also eventually r@pe her, according to police in Florida.
Daniel Le Lievre, 41, allegedly prepped the teenager for months while in a romantic relationship with her mama before he r@ped her at his home.
When the relationship ended, Le Lievre who has two daughters of his own — allegedly told the woman he only dated her to “ get near to her ” son, according to a police report attained by WFLA.
Le Lievre tutored at Tuskawilla Middle School in Oviedo, Florida, and had preliminarily been delved in 2024 for violating programs related to “ pupil abuse, abandonment and neglect ” and relationship with scholars, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
He was arrested at his home on Monday, March 30, on multiple charges, including s£ xual battery.
He allegedly had s£ x with the pupil while she was 13 over the 2023- 2024 vacation break at his home while the girl’s mama and her children were spending the night at his house.
The pupil told investigators she went to the restroom in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve and was followed by Le Lievre.
He told her to strip her clothes and had s£ x with her, before telling her not to tell anyone, according to the Sentinel.
The mama and son reported the s£ xual assault to police in February 2026.
Le Lievre and the victim’s mama started a romantic relationship in Oct. 2023 and the schoolteacher would occasionally stay at her home with her and her kiddies during their four- month fling, bobbies said.
While they were dating, the mama caught Le Lievre and her son having late- night phone exchanges and saw them holding hands while at the Disney Springs shopping complex in Orlando.
The sick schoolteacher went as far as tutoring the girl Morse Code so they could communicate in secret, according to the complaint.
He also allegedly created “ throwaway ” dispatch addresses to speak with her and ask her to cancel records of their exchanges.
Meanwhile at academy, Le Lievre would spend time alone with the victim in his classroom ahead and after academy where they’d hold hands and clinch, and he'd occasionally rub her shanks, according to police.

The schoolteacher allegedly made his sick concession to the victim’s mama about only wanting to get close to her son when they resolve up in Jan. 2024.
Le Lievre had preliminarily been delved by Seminole County Public seminaries in 2024 for violating programs related to “ pupil abuse, abandonment and neglect ” and relationship with scholars, according to the Sentinel.
Seminole County Public Schools verified to WESH that Le Lievre abnegated before he could be fired in 2024 and is n't eligible for rehire.
“ The safety of our scholars and staff is our loftiest precedence, and any type of geste that undermines that safety wo n't be permitted at Seminole County Public seminaries, ” academy officers wrote in a statement.
Le Lievre has two daughters, according to a profile on the quarter’s website. He preliminarily served in the Peace Corps and tutored overseas in Samoa and South Korea before returning to South Florida to raise his family, the runner countries.
Le Lievre is charged with custodial s£ xual battery and s£ x offense by an authority figure soliciting a romantic relationship with a pupil.
He's being held without bond, jail records show.
