Residers in corridor of Western Australia witnessed an unusual and striking natural miracle as skies turned a deep red ahead of an approaching tropical cyclone.
The rare event was captured at a caravan demesne in Denham, where the sky and surroundings were bathed in an violent sanguine tinge, creating what spectators described as an “ incredibly creepy ” atmosphere.
According to reports, the miracle passed as Tropical Cyclone Narelle moved toward the region. Experts say similar red skies can form when strong winds associated with storms lift large quantities of dust or patches into the atmosphere, altering the way sun is scattered.
The cyclone was latterly downgraded to a tropical storm, but the dramatic illustrations left a lasting print on residers and snappily gained attention online. Authorities continue to cover rainfall conditions and advise residers to stay streamlined with sanctioned vaticinations.
