Nanny allegedly assaults girl he was hired to babysit

An illegal emigrant sat in a Long Island court on Monday, March 23, as prosecutors outlined repulsing new details of his alleged babysitting s£ x attack on a youthful girl he left demanding surgery.

Guatemala citizen Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, 27, was babysitting a 5- time-old girl while her mama was at work on Feb. 1, 2026.

Rather than watch for the child as he was being paid to, he allegedly violently r@ped the girl, leaving her bleeding and suffering from internal injuries, Suffolk County prosecutors told the court Monday.

“ When the victim’s mama returned from work the victim told her mama that ‘ her private corridor hurt,’” Assistant District Attorney Sean Murphy said as Reynoso stood impassive, blankly gaping ahead.

“ Believing that her child may have bemired herself, she took her to the restroom to change — when she noticed her undergarments was soaked in blood, ” Murphy said.

The child also told her mama what the sitter did to her, prosecutors said.

The child was also rushed to the Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead where croakers set up internal injuries and a gash in her private regions, prosecutors said.

She was also transferred by ambulance to Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, where she had to suffer exigency surgery, according to prosecutors.

Police arrested Reynoso just one day latterly, though not fluently as he defied the bobbies attempts to detain him, Murphy revealed.

He was nearly let loose back on the thoroughfares due to a combination of lax state bail laws and sanctuary programs.

Reynoso was originally charged with venturing the weal of a child, which is n’t bail eligible in the Empire State. ICE would have been barred from picking him up because of the state’s sanctuary programs but investigators issued the alleged backslider a office- appearance ticket so he'd be reused and released.

The civil agents also cuffed him on his way out of the firmament, sources said.

The contended pedophile was remanded without bail and is due back in court April 27.
