Man Accused of Stealing Employer’s Boxer Shorts Dies After Being Thrown From Four-Storey Building in Anambra
A middle-aged man, linked simply as Emeka, has d!ed after he was allegedly thrown from a four- storey structure at 17, Afubera Street, Odoakpu, near Onitsha, in Onitsha South Original Government Area of Anambra State, Punch reports.
The incident reportedly passed around 3 am on Friday, March 27, 2026.
It was gathered that the victim was allegedly thrown from the structure after being indicted of stealing prizefighter films belonging to his employer, who also owns the property.

The victim was a point mastermind and lived in the structure. Some bottoms are used as a plant where prizefighter films are produced, and he supervised the plant.
" He was indicted of stealing some prizefighter films, which led to his beating. After that, he was tied and locked in a room for three days.
“ At about 3 am on Friday, we heard a loud cry. When we rushed out, we saw his breathless body on the ground. His head was tied, suggesting he was thrown down from the fourth bottom. ”
She added that police latterly vacated the cadaver and arrested the suspects, including workers in the plant.
The prophet for the Anambra State Police Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, who verified the incident on Sunday, stated that crucial suspects had been arrested and examinations had commenced.
