Investigators have arrested a man for the r@pe and m8rder of a 9- time-old girl, Shantel Waruguru Kagema in Nyeri County, Kenya.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigation( DCI) in a statement on Tuesday, February 10, said the suspect, Peter Njuguna, who lives hard, s3xually assaulted and k!lled the minor before callously disposing of her body in his hole restroom.
