Suspected bandits have abducted four members of a family in Tungan-Mangoro village, Nasko, located in Magama Local Government Area of Niger State.
According to reports from security analyst Zagazola Makama, the abduction occurred around 7:00 p.m. on July 14, 2025, when armed assailants invaded the home of a local elder, Alhaji Danlami, and forcibly took away four of his relatives.
The victims have been identified as Abbas Danlami, Jamila Dan’asibi, Samaila Dan’asibi, and Naja.
Eyewitnesses in the community said the attackers arrived in large numbers and operated for several minutes, throwing the area into chaos. Security personnel have since launched a manhunt in nearby forest areas to track down the kidnappers and secure the victims’ release.
