Trump Signals Openness to Russian Demand on Ukraine's NATO Membership

Donald Trump suggested he's "okay" with Russia's demand to keep Ukraine out of NATO.

When asked if he opposes Ukraine's NATO membership, Trump said it's "not practical." This stance aligns with Russia's long-standing objection to Ukraine joining the alliance.

Trump also hinted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's time in office may be limited.

"At some point, you're gonna have to have elections too" in Ukraine, Trump said.

Additionally, Trump announced plans to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss ending the war in Ukraine.

The meeting is expected to take place in Saudi Arabia.
