Sean “Diddy” Combs has put his Beverly Hills mansion, the same house raided by Homeland Security earlier this year in connection with a sex-trafficking, for sale. The selling price is set around $61.5 million.
Combs was indicted by federal prosecutors on sex-trafficking and racketeering charges, accusing him of helping to run a sex-trafficking ring for more than a decade.
The 10-bedroom home, spanning 17,000 square feet on South Mapleton Drive in star-studded Holmby Hills surfaced in the market in early September.
The “European-style” home located on a 1.5-acre lot and includes 10 bedrooms, a 35-person theater, and a pool and grotto connected by an underground water tunnel, was purchased by the former hip-hop megastar for $39 million in 2014, just after it had been completed by spec megamansion builder Nile Niami.
In March, Homeland Security raided the house in connection to a sex-trafficking investigation, amid a flurry of civil lawsuits filed against the music mogul accusing him of rape and unwanted sexual contact, according to The New York Times.
Combs has previously denied the allegations. A lawyer for the hip-hop mogul reportedly said Combs “was not a criminal” in a statement after the arrest on Monday.
Combs, 54, also owns an island home off Miami Beach that was raided at the same time. In 2021, he spent $35 million to purchase the former South Florida home of musical legends Gloria and Emilio Estefan on Star Island, next door to the home he had owned since 2003, according to property records and the Miami Herald.
The Los Angeles Home is located in one of the swankiest areas in the country, home to the likes of Kylie Jenner, Sean Parker, Alexandra Von Furstenberg as well as the Playboy Mansion.
